In accordance with paragraph 37 of the Corporate Governance Code, approved by the Minutes of the Commission on enhancing the efficiency of joint stock companies and improvement of the corporate governance system dated December 31, 2015 № 9, an independent assessment of corporate governance in JSCs is carried out on the basis of a questionnaire approved by the State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan for Competition and the Scientific and Educational Center for Corporate Governance.
