In order to render practical assistance to joint stock companies and to introduce recommendations of the Corporate Governance Code into their activities in a qualitative manner, the following model documents have been developed:

-Model regulation on information policy;

-Standard regulation on internal control;

-Standard regulations on dividend policies;

-Standard regulations on the procedure in case of a conflict of interest;

-Draft amendments to the Charter of JSC.

These documents are model ones and reflect the main points of regulated directions. At the same time joint stock companies, which will use the above documents, should revise them and make changes and additions based on the industry specifics and peculiarities of their activities.

At the same time, we inform that if separate clauses of the above-mentioned documents contradict the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan and/or the Charter of the Company, these clauses are invalid and in part of issues regulated by these clauses the norms of the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan and/or the Charter of the Company should be followed until appropriate changes are made in them.
